If credit card swipe is not working

 

    If your credit card swipe is not working, go through the following steps to help determine the problem.

 

o   Confirm that the credit card swipe is on.

o   For a USB credit card swipe, make sure that the cable is connected.

o   For a Bluetooth credit card swipe, make sure that the swipe is on and paired with your device.

o   For an Audio Jack credit card swipe, make sure the volume is up on your device.

o   Confirm the Credit Card Swipe Type is defined in the Registroid application or the Back Office.
